Get Your Own Free Website with the Power Web Bonus

Objective: Get your own website. Use your website to connect with others and share your own ideas. If you are interested, then use the site to start your own internet business.

A couple years ago I bought a bunch of web domains. You can see the list below. I didn't know then exactly why I purchased these sites, but now I do. I bought them for you, the members of I Create Power! As I searched the forums I've learned that many of you have web skills and domains already.

The Web Bonus Deal

Each member may choose one domain, but I do want you to use the domain you pick. As long as you are a member of I Create Power, I'll pay for the domain you pick and HOST it for you. You won't find any other membership site willing to do that!

All I ask is that you keep all content appropriate, and that you link to I Create Power from somewhere on your site. You can even use your I Create Power affiliate link. The Affiliate Program is coming soon. Your website is yours. You can use it for a personal website, a family website, a business, or anything you want.

How to Get Your Domain

1. Pick a domain name from the list below, and use the contact form on the site to send me the name. Choose a name that resonates with your goals for the website.

2. I'll create an account for that domain on my VPS (Virtual Private Server) and send you back the username and password you will use to publish on that domain.

3. Publish on your website. Share, and have fun with it!

Who Should Use this Opportunity

any key This free web project is for those who know what to do with a website. Note that this is not a Bebo or Myspace page where you just go enter info. This is your very own website, which means that you will do all the web design and publishing. It just isn't feasible for me to teach total beginners what to do with a web site.

If you don't know what html is, or you can't find the "any" key, you probably aren't ready for your own site. But you can learn! You pick the domain, I'll send you the username and password, and then you must take it from there. I'm excited to see what the people in this community will do with their websites. I've seen some amazing things already.

Some Free Resources for Creating and Publishing Your Website

One of best free web designers (also known as html editors) is NVU (N-View). You can download this program at:

The best free tool for publishing your files using ftp (file transfer protocol) is FileZilla, which you can download at the link below:

http://filezilla-project.org/

That's really all you need to get started! Note to Beginners: When you use FileZilla (or any other FTP program), you put your files in the public_html folder. That folder IS your website.
